It was recommended I go to Ronnie's Boudin and Kracklin's in Baton Rouge. I'm glad that I went. For $3.19 I was given a pound, which turned out to be two of these enormous link sausages filled with cajun spices, sausage, and rice. They're amazing, and i've been eating these for two days.
